If you're adding and deleting zip codes with the same monthly budget and you've completed less than 60% of the mailings for the campaign, an additional list purchase fee (minimum of $250 or $.15+ per record, depending upon the list procured for you) will be charged for REIvault Team to acquire and process and enhance your new mailing lists from the list providers.

Please be a specific as possible. The team will research and provide you a Property Data Count by Zip Code and/or County for your review (List DNA Report). Please allow upto 72 hours (3 business days) for our 3rd party vendors to provide this back to our team (if applicable for your request).

Please be as specific as possible on the exact Marketing Campaign(s) you would like to request a change (e.g. Invisible Shock & Awe, Vacant - FMSN 1031 Exchange, etc.) You can refer to your Sales & Marketing Plan, if necessary. This will help the REIvault Support Team identify your change and take the appropriate action.
