  • ENTER: Number of months remaining to achieve your goal (default is 12)

  • # of Deals per year

  • Note: This is the number of deals you need to do per year

  • Your Cost per Lead

  • ENTER: Your current or estimated cost per Lead (default is $40). Depending upon market and type of marketing, this value ranges from $10 to $150+ per lead. This is required to calculate your overall monthly Marketing Budget and Estimated ROI (return on investment)

  • # Closed Deals per Month Required

  • Hidden

  • This is the number of Deals you need to close from all your marketing efforts to achieve your financial goal. Put this into your REIvault R.A.P.I.D. Response EOS Scorecard to achieve your goal!

  • Total Profit per Month Required

  • This is the Total Closed Profit from deals you need to generate from all your marketing efforts to achieve your financial goal. Put this into your Scorecard to achieve your goal!

  • Monthly Marketing Budget Required

  • This is the Total estimated monthly marketing budget required to achieve your goal based on the numbers you have entered. Provide this to the REIvault team to have this all Done-For-You and possibly use our Sales Ninja Phone team to qualify, follow up and schedule appointments for you to go close!

  • Your Return on Investment (ROI)

  • This is the total estimated return on your investment (ROI) on marketing spend. If you're wholesaling, a benchmark of 6 to 10x is expected. If you're fix and flip or rehabber, this should typically be greater than 20x" Work with your REIvault Strategy Planner and REIvault Team to get 10x results with half the effort.

  • ENTER: How many signed contracts do you need per closed deal. If you close every contract you sign, enter 1?

  • ENTER: How many appointments do you schedule and complete to close one deal? This can be a phone appointment where you are making the offer to the seller. Typically this number is less than 7.

  • # of Live Calls Completed per Appointment

  • ENTER: How many live calls with sellers do you have to make to schedule an appointment to make an offer? Typically this number is less than 10.

  • # of Dials to get a Live Call

  • ENTER: How many phone dials with sellers to get a a seller live on the phone. Typically this number is 5 (e.g. 100 dials to get 20 live seller connections).

  • # of Leads per Appointment

  • ENTER: Number of Leads (typically a Podio Lead) that results in an Appointment to make an offer (default is 10)
